SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Merchandise will be shipped within 48-72 business hours from the order date and will take 6-7 business days for standard delivery anywhere within the United States. Standard International shipping will take 7-14 business days.
Please note that Ohlala's Lingerie is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Additional customs fees do apply. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government.
Ohlala's Lingerie does not enforce these fees so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees of Standard $6.79 & Express $14.99 are non refundable. Please see our FAQ section for more detailed information on shipping options we provide for your country.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives.
Return & Exchange Policy
Regular priced Items bought on OhlalasLingerie.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs which are non refundable. All tags must be attached when returned. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, INTIMATES, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL SALE - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you. Please note all sale items or items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE. Please be advised to retain proof of postage receipt as we unable to accept responsibility for any lost or damaged parcels incurred during transit to our warehouse. Once your return parcel is received processing time is 7-10 business days to process your return. A standard shipping fee of $5.95 to US, and $16.99 Worldwide will be charged to your card in the event of an exchange for S&H.

​In the event your item is damaged or defected please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return or exchange.
All international orders must have returned postage dating no later than 7 days from the date it was received. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
